Hello World!

This is my first blog after more than 20 years.

I used to write a personal blog when I was in middle school. After living abroad for more than 10 years, I suddenly found myself wanting to write again — to leave something behind about my life, the people I meet, and the thoughts that pass through my mind.

Part of the inspiration came from two people in my life.

The first is Eddy, someone I met while traveling in Norway. He has his own personal website where he writes about his thoughts, experiences, and everyday life. When I browsed through it, it felt almost like reading a living autobiography. I loved the idea of continuing to write throughout your life — perhaps even until you are in your 70s — and being able to look back at all those different versions of yourself.

The second person is my friend Teresa. She also had a blog when she was studying in the UK. Reading what she wrote helped me see another side of her, and somehow made me feel more connected to the courage and strength she carries as a person.

There is another reason I wanted to start this blog.

For a long time, I have had this idea of writing about the interesting people I meet throughout my life. To me, they are like tiny pearls scattered along the road — small encounters that quietly shine in my memory and become part of my journey.

So this blog will be a place for me to share my life, my thoughts, my ideas, my experiences, and the people I meet along the way.

English is not my first language, and my writing may not always be perfect. But perhaps that is part of the point. I want to keep writing anyway, because I found it is a way makes me feel I can easily connected with myself, somehow through writing I feel the inside calm down.

We are living in an incredibly fast-moving world, where technology and AI are beginning to transform the way we live, work, think, and connect with one another.

In the middle of all that speed, I want go back to this old school style hope this little corner can remain a place for something slower, more human, and real.

A collection of moments, thoughts, people, mistakes, discoveries, and memories.

I am not looking for an easy life, may you live in interesting times.
